Your email and name, the tax scenarios you save (income, rental, mortgage, cost-seg, vehicle, STR instances), and the properties and household members you create to organize them. Payment details are handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.
To run the calculators, save your work, aggregate your saved instances in the Forecaster, manage your subscription, and send account email (verification, password reset, receipts). We do not sell your data.
We rely on Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data only to provide its service.
You can edit or delete your saved instances and entities at any time, and request account deletion by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your saved data.
